1. The administrator of personal data is 4EYEZ Solutions Sp. z o. o., NIP: 527-289-46-69, 01-869 Warszawa, Marymoncka 6/6, hereinafter referred to as the Seller.
  2. The Seller declares that he stores your personal data in a safe manner and in accordance with the provisions of law (Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council of the European Union 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC, known as “GDPR”).
  3. The processing of Customers’ personal data is used to fulfill orders, provide electronic services, conduct the payment process, delivery and other purposes contained in the Regulations.
  4. The data is processed only on the basis of legal provisions or consent expressed by the Customer.
  5. The customer provides his data voluntarily, with the proviso that the lack of data specified during the purchasing process may prevent the submission and implementation of the customer’s order.
  6. Personal data obtained from the Customer are processed for the following purposes:
    • implementation of the sales contract conducting
    • marketing of the Seller’s products
    • research on the effectiveness of marketing activities
    • checking the correct functioning of the system and sales platform
    • accounting reporting needs
    • handling notifications and inquiries addressed to the Seller by customers.
  7. In connection with the implementation of the processes described in point 5, the Seller collects the following types of data:
    • user account data – enabling access to the customer account (legal basis: Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR)
    • basic personal data – processing inquiries, enabling the conclusion of sales contracts, verification of their performance, assistance in their conclusion or execution, delivery of products, handling complaints (legal basis: Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR)
    • address data – delivery of products, handling of complaints and inquiries (legal basis: Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR)
    • contact details – handling complaints and inquiries, providing information about the status of the order, assistance with delivery (legal basis: Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR)
    • login data – verification of the use of the Service (registration and deregistration), usage statistics (legal basis: Article 6 (1) (b), (f) of the GDPR)
    • transaction history – account maintenance and access to sales history, customer order tracking, usage statistics, market analysis and research (legal basis: Article 6 (1) (b), (f) of the GDPR)
    • payment data – performance of sales contracts (legal basis: Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR)
    • access data – researching interest in specific brands or products (legal basis: Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR).
  8. The Seller undertakes to keep the Customer’s data as short as possible in relation to the needs related to the sales process and the delivery of the goods. Part of the data stored continuously on the basis of the consent expressed by the Customer and related to the performance of services ordered by him, e.g. sending a newsletter or maintaining a created Customer Account.
  9. The customer has the right to access the processed personal data, correct them, delete them or limit their processing.
  10. The Seller undertakes to delete personal data, in particular the Customer Account, at the express request of the Customer.
  11. The Seller may refuse to delete personal data if the Customer has not paid all amounts due to the Seller or has violated applicable law, and the retention of personal data is necessary to clarify these circumstances and determine the Customer’s liability.

  13. The administrator of personal data protects them and makes every effort to protect them against unauthorized access or use, and the administrator processes the Customer’s data in a manner consistent with the scope of the consent by the Customer and in accordance with the requirements of the law and the GDPR Act.
